　AI-XIN-JUE-LUO…. Hearing this sound, those who have lived through the early Showa era may feel nostalgia, while the younger people may remind the screen of The Last Emperor. This is the royal family's name of QING, the last feudal dynasty of CHINA, the country honored with a brilliant everlasting history. Since the beginning of the Dynasty, everyone of the royal family, being obliged to accomplish in literary art, applied himself to study literature, music and dancing, calligraphy and painting, etc. As a result, it may be said that the traditional art of China has been transmitted mainly by the royal family. This is the reason why we attach importance to the Aixinjueluo's works.

　As a considerable part of Japanese culture has grown up under the influence of China, to understand the Chinese traditional culture must help us to realize our own Japanese culture. Here exhibiting the essence of the Chinese royal art of calligraphy and painting inherited and brushed up for generations by the royal Aixinjueluo's family, we sincerely hope we could serve to promote friendship between the neighboring two countries.
